Cheers to a Year of Celebration and One Word: Setting Intentions for 2024

As we close out another remarkable year, it's time to reflect on our achievements, celebrate our successes, and eagerly anticipate the opportunities that lie ahead. I wish to bring you a message of joy, reflection, and a fresh perspective as we transition into the new year.

Celebrating the Wins: Before we embark on the journey that is 2024, let's take a moment to celebrate the triumphs and milestones we achieved in 2023. From successful projects to personal growth, each victory contributes to our lived experience.

Personally, I challenged myself with more education, held space for more business collaborations, and connected on a deeper level with loved ones. I published my first book and grew my personal coaching business. I added several more speaking engagements than in previous years and held larger audiences! We traveled as a family and enjoyed extra visits with my twinnie as well. I journeyed through bouts of grief and helped my father-in-law a lot. Most importantly, I took time to think through and only choose to do the things that were in alignment with what I believe is my mission on this Earth. Align was my word for 2023 and in reflection, I feel I did a good job pausing and checking in to choose to more forward in ways that align with my soul. I am grateful for all the opportunities I have been given and all of my blessings from this year!

Choosing One Word: In the spirit of embracing the new year with intention and focus, I invite you to join me in a meaningful tradition: selecting one word to define the feeling, energy, or mindset you aspire to cultivate in the upcoming year. This isn't just a resolution—it's a guiding principle that encapsulates your vision for the year ahead.

Instead of making resolutions that often revolve around 'doing' more, let's shift our perspective. Choose one word that resonates with you, a word that encapsulates the essence of what you want to manifest in your personal and professional life. It could be a quality, an emotion, or a state of mind—whatever speaks to your aspirations for the coming year.

Examples of One Word Themes:

  • Gratitude: Focusing on appreciation and recognizing the positive in every situation.

  • Courage: Embracing challenges with boldness and resilience.

  • Connection: Prioritizing meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally.

  • Innovation: Nurturing creativity and seeking new and inventive solutions.

  • Balance: Striving for equilibrium in work and life.

My word for 2024 is LOVE! I want to focus on doing all things from a place of love. I want to find a feeling of love in everything that is not a choice. I want to feel love and be love. I want others to feel love in my presence and I want to look for love in situations that don't immediately seem to be loving. I feel this world needs more love and I believe we should be what we are looking for.

Looking Forward: As we collectively choose our one-word themes, let's look forward to a year filled with purpose, growth, and shared success. Whether your word is one of those suggested or something entirely unique, let it guide your actions, decisions, and mindset in the coming months.

I am excited about the possibilities that await us in 2024, and I'm confident that our shared commitment and focus will lead to more greatness.

Wishing you a fantastic start to the new year! If you need help with that, I am certain you will find it at one of my January events listed on my website! www.candacekluba.com I hope to see you there!

Slowing Down

As summer settles in with its warm breeze and longer days, it's time to hit the brakes, take a deep breath, and embrace the art of slowing down. In our fast-paced world, we often forget the beauty of

Self-Love as a Foundation
